Stichting Elco Foundation is an independent Netherlands-based claim foundation (the “Foundation”). The Foundation aims to protect the interests of various classes of professional investors described in the Foundation’s articles of association (the “Articles”; which are available on this website), who or which purchased financial instruments derived from interest rate benchmarks such as LIBOR and EURIBOR (and other benchmarks as described in the Articles) and were thus affected by the world-wide manipulation of these benchmarks by a number of prominent financial institutions.

The Foundation only protects the interests of investors which were established in the European Union between 1 January 2001 and 30 June 2011. In pursuing its aims, the Foundation operates in cooperation with Elco Investor Services, LLC and international law firms Lemstra Van der Korst and Lowey Dannenberg Cohen & Hart.
