Work experience

  • From 1978 till the end of 2016 working as a lawyer in district The Hague, since 2001 with Salomons van der Valk Advocaten.
  • Since 1985 mostly active as court-appointed trustee in bankruptcies and as administrator in suspensions of payment. Amongst others trustee in the bankruptcies of Infotheek Groep N.V. (and its thirty subsidiaries), of TXU Europe Trading B.V. and of various companies belonging to the Euro American Group.
  • In that period member of Insolad, Insol Europe en Insol World.

Mr. L.P. Broekveldt

Broekveldt practiced civil law at Van Doorne in Amsterdam for nearly 37 years.

In 2007, Broekveldt, who stopped practicing as a lawyer in 2010, set up his consultancy for legal colleagues: Broekveldt Legal
